This training program includes:
10 intensive cycling sessions incorporating everything from power and strength, endurance, climbing, descending, cycling technique, pacing, speed, on-bike nutrition, off-bike nutrition, recovery and injury management.
2 intensive cycling specific personal training sessions incorporating mobility, strength, power, and enhancing core strength.
2 sports massage/deep tissue massage sessions to aid muscle recovery, help muscles return to their resting state, aid flexibility, release spasms and knots, help break down scar tissue and relieve the effects of DOMS.
2 full flexibility and stretching sessions incorporating a full range of passive and PNF stretches to allow muscles to achieve a better range of motion.

One Day Skills Course
Learn to climb long and short hills, enjoy confident descending and correct use of braking techniques as well as improving endurance. Also includes cycle nutrition advice
